Was born in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) in 1963. He graduated from Dnepropetrоvsk State College of Fine Arts in 1983 and graduated from Kiev State Institute of Fine Arts in 1991. He immigrated to Israel in 1992 and lives in Tel-Aviv.
