GUREVICH ALEXANDER
Was born in Alapaevsk Russia in 1944. From 1945 lived in Leningrad. In 1967 was graduated from Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute and then, in 1975 - The High Art College, named Muhina. In 1976 his works became part of a traveling exhibition "Twelve from the Soviet Underground". The exhibition toured the United States extensively for more than two years with major shows held at the Judah L. Magnes Museum, Berkeley, at the Hebrew Union College Skirball Museum, Los Angeles and at the Bnei Brith Klutznick Museum, Washington, D.C.. Immigrated to Israel in 1993 and now lives Jerusalem.
